I'll guide you through using creativity to process your emotions and thoughts (no art experience required!). I want to hear your honest perspective and find your true priorities. Therapy is for you, and I strive to work WITH you to meet your goals.

Together, we will:

make art, talk, cry, laugh, and explore. At the foundation of good therapy is our therapeutic relationship, so we'll work collaboratively throughout the process. We'll identify your needs, practice self-compassion, and build self-acceptance.

I specialize in working with people who:

don't like themselves, feel anxious and overwhelmed, and identify as sensitive or feel too emotional. You might wish you could stop questioning how others think about you, feel better about yourself, and feel more confident in your relationships.

I became a therapist because:

I've experienced my own healing through therapy. As a therapist, it's incredible to be allowed into your world & I'm grateful to support your healing.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I offer art therapy through telehealth! This means that we'll meet through video and you can come to therapy in your sweatpants and with a cup of tea.

More about me and my practice:

Outside of work, I enjoy spending quiet time journaling, sitting on the porch, and spending time with my husband and our dog. Art making, writing, and reading are some ways I care for my own mind.
