I approach therapy from a humanistic, existential perspective, with a deep respect for each person’s individuality. I believe therapy works best when it is collaborative and shaped around your unique needs, experiences, and goals.

I specialize in working with individuals experiencing burnout in their personal lives, work, or relationships. I especially enjoy working with individuals with ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder, whether diagnosed, self-identified, or suspected.

I became a therapist because, during a challenging time in my life, my therapist helped support my growth into the person I wanted to become.
