I specialize in working with the whole of who you are. I see therapy as an opportunity to reflect your experiences and connect more fully with yourself. I utilize a variety of different perspectives and interventions to help us both learn as much as we can about you.

Work to process the experiences most important at this stage of your life. We'll explore your values, feelings, and relationships. Much of our time will be spent reflecting on you and getting to know you better.
