Ali McGary

I am an anxiety therapist for children, teens & adults who focuses on supporting clients throughout their lifespan. I work on family and peer relationship issues with children ages 3+, teens, and adults. Some clients come because their child is struggling with anxiety or big emotions. Others are adults facing stress, grief, trauma, or other difficulties.

Together we will explore emotions, build confidence, and express what may be difficult to put into words. We will explore your emotional experience while building greater self-understanding, compassion, and connection with those around you.

Me and my office can be describes as a calm, welcoming space where clients of all ages can feel seen, heard, and valued. Outside of work I enjoy photography, reading, puzzles, hiking, and spending time with friends and family. I’m also a Swiftie and occasionally bring creativity into session, using art and sand tray.
