I take a person-centered, solution-focused approach to therapy. I believe you are the expert on your life, and I provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and supported. Together, we identify strengths, set meaningful goals, and focus on practical steps that create forward movement and lasting change.

In our work together, I will listen carefully and ask questions to help you gain insight, recognize patterns, and reconnect with your resilience. We will focus on achievable steps that align with your values and vision for your life. Therapy is not about “fixing” you it’s about empowering you to access your inner resources and create meaningful change.

My clients typically find that I am straightforward. I challenge clients to take responsibility for the changes they desire in their life. I am caring and nonjudgmental. My clients find that my analogies and stories help them to better understand concepts we are working on. They also find that I provide the "why" to the tools I share. I can also be humorous.
