Front Row Therapy embraces the idea that your life is your theatre, and you choose who sits closest to your stage. Those in the front row hold the most access, influence, and emotional investment. As seats move farther back, that access naturally decreases. Understanding this helps you decide how much space—mental, emotiona —you want to give others.
