I became a therapist because as a late-diagnosed high-achiever, I spent years feeling like something was wrong with me. Trapped in anxiety, unable to relax, and feeling everything deeply, I wondered why life felt so hard. I became a therapist to create the dynamic, meaningful space I once needed- where highly sensitive, perceptive minds are fully understood.

Healing is inherently political. As a late-diagnosed ADHDer, chronically ill therapist, and eldest daughter, my values are lived, not theoretical. I provide non-judgmental, equity-focused care, and donate a portion of every fee to mutual aid. I offer virtual sessions across TN & NY, plus Nashville walk-and-talks. Sliding scale available.
