I value clients autonomy above any counseling theory. I want everyone to feel that have a choice in my office. I often utilize EMDR and IFS approaches in order to assist clients in working through past trauma or current pain.

We will work together to build a solid rapport, gain some stability in mood and coping. Then begin to work on root causes for your pain or mood instability.
