Becoming a mother can change everything, including how you see yourself. My own experiences with motherhood and healing shaped the way I sit with women in this season. I work with mothers who feel overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected, or simply not like themselves right now.

Together we slow things down, make sense of what you are feeling, and build practical ways to help you feel steadier and more like yourself again.
