I like to take a very person-centered approach to our sessions. I encourage the clients to bring what they need into the room even if it is different than what we have been working on previously.

I welcome any themes into our counseling sessions. We may discover connections to childhood, relationships, and underlying trauma that may not have been recognized or discovered before.

My clients would most likely describe me as being welcoming, realistic, and encouraging.

I have had the opportunity to work with a wide variety of individuals. Some areas where I have additional knowledge is Depression, Anxiety, Sexual Trauma and PTSD.

I became a therapist to give people a space where they can decompress and share the things that they are going through in a safe environment.

I am passionate about advocating for women's issues and supporting veterans and military families, I aspires to leverage my expertise and empathy to make a meaningful impact in my client's lives.
