Maybe you have been through some tough life events and relationships, either recent or in the past. I want to help you heal and reach your vision. I use experiential, integrative and holistic modalities of therapy, with honesty and compassion. I do not take a one size fits all approach, as each client is unique and responds to different techniques.

We will combine your knowledge of yourself with my professional training and experience to learn new effective skills. We will look at your goals and strive for increased self esteem/trust, along with increased life satisfaction and relationships.

My specialty is working with people who are wanting to feel better about themselves and break patterns, but do not know how to... People who want to experience changes in their relationships with their friends and relatives, or at work. I specialize in relationships and believe that improvement in relationships can occur, even if only one person changes.

I became a therapist because I am truly fascinated by people and their behavior and I have the temperament and patience to be present for my clients. I believe strongly in the effectiveness of therapy and the services I provide.

My practice is 100% online, which makes it flexible to meet virtually anywhere that you have privacy. I have had many experiences in life and have grown from them and can offer personal experience, along with professional training.
