I work with adult women going through divorce recovery, major life transitions, and burnout from chronic self-abandonment. I also work with couples trapped in high-conflict cycles who need structured support to stop repeating the same destructive arguments.

I became a therapist because I enjoy helping people see themselves and their relationships from a new perspective. I chose Marriage and Family Therapy because systems theory recognizes that no person exists in isolation. Our experiences are complex, our relationships matter, and therapy should be tailored to the whole person.

I offer online therapy for adults across Tennessee and Nevada. My practice provides specialized care for women and couples ready to do deeper work. Couples sessions are 90 minutes to ensure adequate time for meaningful progress without feeling rushed. Individual sessions are typically 60 minutes. I don't accept insurance but can provide a superbill.
