I believe people grow best where they feel truly seen, understood, and safe enough to explore what’s happening beneath the surface. My approach focuses on creating a welcoming space where clients can cultivate self-compassion while processing challenging emotions and developing resilience.

I support people in transition as careers shift, kids leave home, marriages evolve, and parents age. These shifts often carry a quiet kind of grief that can feel hard to name and even harder to face. Together, we make space for both the ache of what’s ending and the possibility of what’s beginning.

Compassionate, empathetic, silly, a bit irreverent at times, grounded in the therapeutic relationship, and supportive.

I care deeply about creating a space where people feel safe to be real, messy, and human. I believe in the healing power of connection, self-compassion, and finding joy even in the toughest moments. I strive to practice from an anti-racist, anti-ableist, neurodiversity and LGBTQIA+ affirming, and HAES perspective.
