I specialize in neurodivergent-affirming, trauma-informed, and LGBTQIA+ affirming therapy. My approach to therapy involves creative interventions that engage the client's personal interests and strengths. As a queer and AuDHD therapist, I bring lived experience to my practice and strive to help others develop their own toolkits for balance.

I help clients name their emotions and emphasize nervous system regulation, because feeling safe in your body is just as important as what’s on your mind. I’ll meet you or your teen where you are, because everyone deserves to feel heard.

My clients describe me as accommodating while helping challenge their negative thought patterns. I aim to meet the client where they are and help develop skills that engage their interests. I love implementing the client's hobbies and special interests in their sessions.
