My therapy style is primarily experiential. This means that I provide support for you to experience feelings and sensations in a new way. This creates internal healing so feelings don’t continue to overwhelm you.

Together we will use a variety of practical strategies to help you with your immediate needs. We can discuss ways to think about challenges differently, set boundaries, utilize relaxation techniques, and work on deeper healing or trauma work.

Struggle with hopelessness, lack of energy, or loss of interest in what they once loved to do. I also work with those with high stress, difficulty managing everyday life, anxiety, or struggling with finding meaningful relationships.
I became a therapist because:
Everyone deserves to live a life full of joy, dignity, and satisfaction. I love to be able to provide ways for others to have this.
