I specialize in working with people who have suffered grief and loss, couples therapy, depression and anxiety, as well women specifically going through infertility, and pregnancy loss.

I became a therapist because:

I became a therapist because I feel fulfilled in my life when I am able to help others through a difficult time, making sure they feel seen & heard.

I offer therapy via telehealth, and so you are able to meet anytime and anywhere that works for you, in your own safe and comfortable space.

I feel passionately that therapy is for everyone, for matters big or small. That in working through our struggles, we learn and grow. I hope my clients feel supported and encouraged to reach their goals and achieve the healing that they are seeking.
