My approach is that I am collaborative, integrative, and empathic. I believe clients have within them what they need to succeed, that sometimes it just takes a guide to shine a light on areas in our lives that may feel dark, dormant, or hidden. I approach every client with respect and care because every human deserves to be seen and heard.

Together, we will partner together to dig into what might be hindering you from being who you want and need to be. We will tackle the hard emotions and investigate what trauma may be impacting how you see yourself and others. Most people want to be seen, known, and loved and I strive to make sure clients feel that way & in turn give themselves that gift.

I specialize in working with people who really desire to make a change in their lives. Often my clients are of all experiences and backgrounds.

I became a therapist because many times in public, I found that people would feel comfortable enough to tell me their whole life story so I decided to make it a full-time deal. Also, I know what it feels like to desire to be heard and seen. I want to provide that for others.

The Aspen Collective is a collective that offers counseling (individual, groups, families, and couples), coaching, and intensives (virtual and destination-based).
