My clients often describe me as deeply empathetic and grounding—someone who creates space for authenticity, even when it’s hard. They value my calm presence, honest feedback, and the way I advocate for them, especially when navigating systems that haven’t always supported their needs.

I specialize in working with people who have experienced trauma, feel disconnected from themselves or others, or are navigating major life transitions. Many of my clients are survivors, cycle breakers, or advocates learning to hold space for their own healing.

I became a therapist because I believe healing happens in relationship—and everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, and supported as they navigate life’s hardest moments. Holding space for that process is an honor I don’t take lightly.
