My approach is warm, open-minded, and collaborative. I support harm reduction, human rights, and personal agency always. Humans are capable of self-healing, but healing is easier with gentle, non-judgmental support. You will never doubt that I care about you even when I challenge you. Working alongside you is a privilege I honor and will deeply respect.

Together, we will work to slowly unburden you from the heaviness you have been carrying. That might look a variety of ways based on your unique methods of processing. As a relational somatic therapist, our work will likely involve movement, it might involve field trips, and it must involve a willingness to bring forth a depth of emotion and thought.

My fellow humans are usually surprised that I look like a Kindergarten teacher but can curse like a sailor. I don't flinch at big emotions, and I'll take the time to meet you where you are wherever that is, and I'll stick it out as long as it takes. They'd also tell you to watch out for the pumpkins. You'll figure that one out soon enough. ;)
