I have a warm presence and meet emotional pain with compassion, while actively engaging with clients during sessions.
Significant loss, grief, and trauma change who we are. It can be hard to know what is normal and what is happening internally. I will meet you where you are without judgment, providing the support to restore insight and recreate a sense of safety.
It is our past that directly impacts how we will navigate losing loved ones, face a medical diagnosis, and live with pain. Together, we will explore childhood experiences, ways of seeing and being in the world, and how you make meaning of life.
I see people of all ages and walks of life who are grappling with a fundamental loss in their lives. Trauma steals away their joy, grief overwhelms their heart, and pain confuses thoughts and interrupts living fully. I offer a path to healing.
I know what it is to grieve and what it is to suffer. I am passionate about supporting those in pain by removing isolation and creating connection.
I am located near the Arboretum off north 360 and my office overlooks a beautiful greenbelt and creek.
I am a three-time cancer thriver and bring a personal understanding of medical trauma, loss, and suffering that goes well-beyond clinical training.
