I focus on the body, not just the head. Most of us learned to push through, perform, and override what we're feeling until we stopped noticing it at all. A lot of what we do together is slowing down enough to hear what your body has been trying to tell you, and then figuring out what to do with it.

Together we will slow down enough to see the patterns you've been running on autopilot, figure out where they came from, and work out what it actually looks like to do something different. Not a breakthrough moment, more like getting a little more honest each week until things start to shift.

My clients describe me as warm and easy to talk to, but not someone who lets things slide. I'll laugh with you and I'll also say the thing you were hoping I wouldn't notice. Mostly they say it feels like a real conversation with someone who's actually paying attention.

I specialize in working with people who look like they have it together and are exhausted holding it together underneath. The ones who show up for everyone else, who can name the pattern but can't seem to stop running it, who are tired of performing and want to figure out what they actually want. Adults and couples, mostly.

I became a therapist because I grew up in a house where feelings weren't really discussed, and I spent a long time thinking that was normal. Learning that I could feel something, say it out loud, and have someone stay in the room with me changed my life. I wanted to be able to do that for other people.

I came to this work after years in medical sales, sitting in exam rooms and watching how much people carry that never gets addressed in a fifteen minute visit. Outside of sessions I'm usually listening at a concert, on a yoga mat, or being talked into plans I said I was too tired for.
