My approach pulls from attachment theory, EMDR, family systems, and parts work (IFS) to help you better understand yourself. I’ve been practicing for several years and specialize in helping adults work through anxiety, perfectionism, and relational or attachment wounds that often stem from early family dynamics or past experiences.

Therapy is a space to slow down, untangle the stuff that’s weighing on you, and figure out what actually works for you. Together we will explore your relationships, your family dynamics, your lived experiences. I use EMDR and a relational lens to help clients move from self-doubt and emotional reactivity toward deeper confidence, connection, and calm.

I’m a down-to-earth therapist who brings warmth, humor, and honesty into the room. I believe therapy should feel collaborative, working side by side, not from a checklist. I want clients to feel like they can show up fully, without needing to polish themselves up first.
