My approach is warm, curious, and rooted in the mind–body connection. I’m here to help you feel understood, grounded, and more connected to yourself as we explore what’s happening beneath the surface. Together, we will create change that feels aligned, not forced, and you’ll be met with patience, understanding, and genuine presence.

Together we will slow down, notice the underlying patterns in your experiences, tend to the parts of you that need care, and develop strategies and insights that help you feel more understood, grounded, and connected to yourself and your life.

My clients would describe me as warm, caring, and easy to talk to. They say I listen deeply, notice both emotions and patterns, and create a safe, steady, nonjudgmental space where they can slow down, process experiences, gain clarity, and feel truly seen and supported.

I specialize in working with people carrying past trauma, relational or developmental wounds, or experiences that left them feeling unsafe. I also support those navigating people-pleasing, perfectionism, emotional overwhelm, or disconnection from themselves and their needs.

I became a therapist because I’ve faced my own mental health struggles and experienced how connecting with yourself can bring peace. I care deeply about people and feel honored to walk alongside them as they heal, grow, and understand themselves. I’m also a little nerdy and love learning about people and the brain!

I draw from evidence-based modalities while keeping the process human and collaborative, meeting you where you are and walking alongside you as you connect with yourself. My hope is that through this work, you’ll feel more grounded, self-trusting, and connected to your own voice, not just surviving, but living in a way that feels like you.
