I often use techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, existential therapy, psychodynamic therapy, DBT, and trauma-informed care. I am also open to incorporating spirituality in therapy if the client seeks it.

I treat each client as an individual with unique values and needs. I work collaboratively with you to help you identify your goals and the best way to reach them. I strive to create a space where you feel safe, secure, valued, and heard.

I am warm, empathetic, and affirming and take a non-judgmental, open-minded stance with my clients. I also appreciate the value of humor in therapy!

I help clients struggling with substance use, behavioral addictions, compulsive behaviors, codependency, anxiety, depression, grief, or any of life’s challenging transitions. I also help clients reclaim their sense of self-worth and identity.
