I am especially passionate about working with individuals in larger bodies and those struggling with body image, body liberation, and dismantling diet culture. Our work will focus on stepping outside of societal expectations and reclaiming your sense of self on your own terms. I also work with people navigating high anxiety and people pleasing tendencies.
