Therapy with me is a no-performance zone. I meet you where you are, there's no pressure to have it together before you start your session with me. We'll use a mix of talk therapy, body-based tools, and some mindset work to help you actually feel like yourself again (maybe for the first time in a while).

Get underneath the people-pleasing, the self-doubt, and the "I'm fine" you've been telling everyone. We'll figure out what you actually need, what you actually feel, and how to start showing up for yourself the way you've been showing up for everyone else.

Warm, funny, and easy to talk to. The kind of therapist who gets it without you having to over-explain. A few have said sessions feel both collaborative and conversational which helps them feel a bit more at ease in the sessions.

I know what it's like to keep it moving while quietly carrying a lot. My own journey taught me that getting support isn't weakness, but instead it's one of the bravest, and sometimes most freeing, things you can do.
