My approach is person-centered with a foundation of choice theory that creates the framework for eclectic therapy modes which allow me to create a unique treatment plan for each unique client.

The client and I will work to build a safe and trustworthy relationship. With mutual agreeance and guidance, we will talk and work through the emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects of the client's issues. What that work looks like will be unique.

Therapy is work that may feel heavy or light at times. Compassion and humor mixed with beneficial challenges help create a needed balance in therapy.

I work well with clients who are wanting to work. If you want to change, if you want to heal, if you want resolution then you are ready for therapy. Therapy with me is best for clients who are ready to challenge themselves in a positive way.

I love seeing the positive changes that can come out of therapy. Connecting with people, learning their story, and seeing the changes are amazing.

For the Love of Therapy is akin to "for the love of Pete!" Like when you hear something you know you need to hear, but wish you didn't, but you'll listen anyway. Therapy is love and care for the client, but it is also work which can be challenging.
