I’m especially passionate about offering affirming care for neurodivergent individuals and those who are disabled. I’ve supported individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, ADHD, and substance use challenges

I became a therapist because I know finding someone who really clicks with you can be tough, and I want to acknowledge how important that journey is.

When I'm not with clients I enjoy spending my time outdoors, being physically active, and creating traditional Native beadwork. I also have two cats who may pop in sessions to say Meow (Hi)!
