My goal is to create a space where you feel totally comfortable being yourself, no filters and no masks. Whether you want to vent, problem-solve, or just figure things out, I’m here to help you navigate life’s ups and downs and work towards your goals.

I am passionate about working with young people, especially young women, who have had to hold everything together. Young people who are navigating difficult expectations from family members. Young people who have struggled with unhealthy romantic relationships and want a new way forward. I'm for the young people who are trying to find themselves.

I became a therapist because your stories are important, your life, and experiences are important. It's a privilege to walk alongside you during this healing journey. I know finding someone who really clicks with you can be tough, and I want to acknowledge how important that journey is.

When I'm not with clients I enjoy spending my time outdoors, being physically active, and creating traditional Native beadwork. I also have two cats who may pop in sessions to say Meow (Hi)!
