I’m conversational, open, non-judgmental and most importantly, about you. I don't have an agenda or try to tell you what I think you should do. Instead, my role is to help you discover key insights about yourself and achieve your goals.

Figure out the nature of the problem, process thoughts and feelings, address key issue(s) head on and design an approach that will work for you. We'll discuss how you can achieve your goals in the most effective manner.

My specialty is neurodivergence in adolescents and adults (ADHD, ASD and others). But I most often work with people who are struggling with generalized anxiety, depression, transitions, adjustment, moves, upcoming decisions, parenting issues, social anxiety, relational conflicts, social isolation, spiritual concerns, or military family life challenges.

For me, there is a deep, personal meaning in sharing the empathic part of myself, and helping someone experience hope and a sense of peace. I feel like it’s an honor to walk alongside my clients in their journey towards a healthier, happier life.

I'm pretty easy to work with. I engage completely with my clients throughout the session, regardless of how you may interact (or struggle to). Your sense of well-being is important to me. I do everything I can to facilitate sessions that are comfortable for each client, with absolutely no judgement for anything you may share.
