I primarily operate from a psychodynamic framework with a relational and experiential approach; however, in order to accommodate the unique preferences and needs of my clients, I weave other techniques into my sessions, such as CBT, DBT, and IFS. I also have advanced training in EMDR for CPTSD, BPD, and Dissociative Disorders.
