My approach is warm, collaborative, and nervous-system informed. I believe healing happens through safety, curiosity, and self-compassion not pressure or perfection. I work with adults who feel emotionally exhausted from years of pushing through, holding it together, and putting themselves last.

Therapy is a space where you can slow down and show up just as you are. Many of my clients feel burned out, anxious, or disconnected from themselves even if they appear “fine” on the outside.

I hold a special place in my practice for helpers including therapists, teachers, nurses, first responders, and others in caregiving roles. If you spend your days caring for others, therapy can be a space where you don’t have to be the strong one. I offer a discounted rate for helpers as a way to honor the emotional labor you carry.
