I am passionate about empowering others to understand the effects of their own experiences and overcome the challenges they face.

The Hibernia House feels like walking into your best friend's living room. My therapy dog in training often joins me in session as well.

More about me and my practice:

In my late 20s I took stock of my role in the world and realized my career was not offering me the connection with others that I truly desired. A lot of self-exploration helped me to identify my passion and become a therapist.
