I believe therapy starts with feeling seen, heard, and understood. My approach is warm, supportive, and collaborative. We’ll take the time to understand what you’re experiencing, where you may be feeling stuck, and what you need to begin moving forward.

Together, we’ll talk about what is happening in your life and explore the experiences and patterns that may be contributing to how you feel. We’ll work to better understand yourself, your relationships, and what you would like to change.

My clients describe me as warm, understanding, compassionate, and knowledgeable. I want our time together to feel comfortable and genuine—a place where you can be yourself, talk openly, and feel understood without judgment.

I especially enjoy working with professional, educated women who are often taking care of everyone else. You may be successful and capable, but underneath it all you feel overwhelmed, overworked, unappreciated, or unsure about your own needs. I also work with ADHD, anxiety, relationship concerns, life transitions, and parent-child struggles.

I became a therapist because I genuinely enjoy helping people improve the quality of their lives. I find it meaningful to help people understand what may be getting in their way, recognize patterns that aren't working anymore, and make positive changes.

I bring many years of experience, compassion, curiosity, and a little humor to our work together. I don't see therapy as me telling you what to do. We work together to understand where you are, where you want to be, and what might help you get there. You don't have to have everything figured out before we begin.
