Something to know about my approach is:
I have a multi-faceted background and my life experience helps me to to clients in a way that is difficult to replicate otherwise.
Together, we will:
improve your quality of life through attaining higher levels of emotional resilience and self-actualization. I draw upon techniques from Existential, Humanistic, Cognitive Behavioral, Interpersonal, and Mindfulness approaches to therapy.
I specialize in working with people who:
are adjusting to changes in life. I also can help with improving relationships, mental health challenges such as anxiety and depression, processing grief, and working through past experiences and trauma.
I became a therapist because:
I enjoy helping others. I am always learning and growing as a therapist and an individual. The human mind is a fascinating thing.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
I am currently only offering telehealth therapy due to Covid risks, but I look forward to returning to office visits in the future.
