I work collaboratively with patients and work to build an environment of trust and curiosity where patients feel heard and understood.
My treatment philosophy is holistic, utilizing an integrative approach to tailor treatment to the needs of each patient at an individual level. I enjoy working with patients to identify patterns and behaviors that are holding them back.
Together we will help you thrive in your life, whatever that might mean to you. We will work together to understand how past experiences and current patterns impact your thoughts and actions, as well as your experience of the world around you.
I work with patients who are struggling with life transitions, relationship concerns, pregnancy/postpartum, and processing past trauma and unhealthy childhood dynamics. Many people I work with also present with anxiety and/or depression.
I wanted to empower people to take control of their life story and make changes that can have a ripple effect on those around them.
I offer virtual therapy to those in Texas and Colorado. Additionally, I offer hybrid services to those in Austin and in person to those in Denver.
I am a licensed psychologist who graduated from UT Austin with my PhD in counseling psychology. I am passionate about what I do and value the connection I have with each patient. I offer free consultations to ensure I am a great fit for your needs.
