My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and individualized to each client's unique needs and goals. I believe healing happens when people feel genuinely seen, understood, and supported.

I believe that meaningful change begins within the context of a trusting therapeutic relationship. My work is grounded in the understanding that symptoms often reflect deeper emotional needs and unresolved experiences. Together, we will explore those underlying factors while building practical tools to foster healing, growth, and emotional well-being.

My clients have stated that they feel comfortable and peaceful while we sit together and navigate the healing journey. Other clients have said that they feel very relaxed, seen, and heard in counseling with me. My office is a calm, safe place and my clients comment on their experience of feeling just that.
