I care deeply about supporting those who carry more than they show. If you feel anxious, lost, unheard, or weighed down by life, I offer a place where you can slow down, breathe, and reflect on what truly matters to you. My work is to help you understand your inner world and rediscover the resilient, empowered parts of who you are.

Using a trauma-informed, integrative style of therapy which incorporates evidence-based methods, I personalize therapy to your unique needs in ways that genuinely speak to you. Our work together will involve illuminating patterns that no longer serve you, helping you return to a deeper sense of peace, inner strength, and wholeness.

I bring a calm, caring, and heart-centered style to my work with clients. I meet you where you are, while gently guiding you toward where you want to be, always balancing support with challenge so you can begin to fully trust yourself.

It is important to me that you feel like the center of this work. Your pain, your experiences, and your goals matter deeply, and I strive to understand your world through your eyes. At the core is a simple belief: when we reconnect with what truly matters to us, and treat ourselves with acceptance and compassion, it transforms how we show up in our lives.

Becoming a therapist is my way in helping to make this world better for others. When life feels cruel, I hope to offer kindness, understanding, and a place where people feel less alone. My work nurtures self-acceptance, empowers those who feel helpless, and creates a safe space for unheard voices to share their truth without judgment.

I offer counseling sessions In-person at my Flower Mound office and Online throughout Texas. Each session is a full, intentional 60 minutes for individuals and 90 minutes for couples, giving you time and space to do meaningful work.
