My work centers on using Synergetic Play Therapy™ as the foundation for treatment for nervous system regulation and connection. Through play, children naturally communicate what they cannot yet explain in words. I integrate EMDR to help children gently process single-incident traumas, scary memories, bad dreams, intrusive thoughts, and persistent anxiety.

Parents often seek support when their child is struggling with emotional outbursts, school challenges, or intense worries. I partner closely with parents while helping children build emotional regulation, confidence, and resilience through the language they know best—play.

Parents often tell me they finally understand their child—and feel more confident at home. Kids experience me as a place where they can be fully themselves, feel safe with big emotions, and work things through in ways that actually make sense to them.
