My approach is trauma-informed and attachment-based where the unique elements of each individual's or couple's experience is a central focus. Your story is made up of many complexities that we will uncover and process as we work toward your goals.

I work with the belief that therapy is about creating space to sit with emotions and really process how our past experiences impact the here and now. This is different for each individual or couple, and we will navigate this process together.

I aim to create an environment that is warm, affirming, and compassionate. I believe authenticity and empathy are key when connecting with clients.

I work with people who want to process complex emotions and life experiences, including those affecting intimacy and desire. Together, we identify root causes of distress, relieve anxiety or depression, and build awareness, connection, pleasure, and a sense of peace.

It is important for everyone to have a place where they can be fully seen and heard as they walk through their challenging experiences.
