Pulling from a variety of techniques, I generally work with a belief that therapy is about creating space to sit with emotions and really process how our past experiences impact the here and now. Nothing is too big or small to bring to therapy.

Need or want to process through complex emotions and events . Our body can hold onto past experiences in ways we are not even aware; I work with clients to identify the root causes, alleviate anxiety and depressive symptoms, and work toward peace.
