I specialize in working with men in the aftermath of harmful choices—infidelity, addiction, destructive anger, or violence, though I also work with anyone drawn to this deeper work. I help clients confront moral injury, clarify values, and realign with themselves to rebuild lives rooted in integrity, authenticity, and connection.

Many years ago I was a volunteer yoga teacher in a prison. Each week, I started and ended class with sharing circles and I found myself more moved by the men's stories and reflections and honesty and depth than I was by the yoga practice. I realized that I wanted to walk with people more deeply. And that pull is what brought me to grad school and this work.
