I use a developmental biopsychosocial model to guide my work. The model integrates biological (e.g. genetics), psychological (e.g. self-concept) and sociological (e.g. family roles, culture) aspects of individuals at different stages of their lives.

Work to understand your concerns and problems along with your strengths and emotional resources. Using the information gathered and my professional expertise, we will create a treatment plan.

Empathic, knowledgeable and optimistic

Have failed to make adequate progress with other mental health professionals. I also work with athletes at all levels (i.e. weekend warrior to professional).

It allows me to integrate my medical training with my desire to understand and work intimately with people.

My office is centrally located and easily accessible. Parking is adequate and free.
