I help clients build insight into their patterns while also developing tools to cope and move forward. You won’t be met with judgment here, only curiosity and care. I do not believe in one-size-fits-all therapy, each person is unique and therapy with me is a collaborative process. Your mental and emotional well-being isn’t a luxury, it’s your foundation.

My clients describe me as caring, honest, and compassionately direct. Therapy with me is a warm, authentic, grounding space where you don’t have to perform, fix, or hold it all together. My interests include the Enneagram, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, recovery literature, and spiritual growth. I am happy to include those in our sessions if it interests you!

I specialize in working with adults and adolescents who are struggling with substance abuse, self-esteem issues, anxiety, depression, relationship conflict, family-of-origin issues, trauma recovery, and spiritual and personal growth.

I became a therapist because of my own recovery journey and search for identity, and I often felt unseen or misunderstood. Therapy eventually became a space where I could show up fully without performing, hiding, or explaining myself. I value authenticity, individuality, and creating a space where clients feel safe to explore who they are.

I offer Family-of-Origin (FOO) Mapping for adults, which is an 8-session guided process where we explore relationships and events from ages 1-22 that helped shape how you think, feel, and act. Together, we’ll uncover core beliefs and notice what activates your “FOO button". Next, shift the patterns that no longer serve you.
