My goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where you can slow down, process your emotions, gain clarity, and reconnect with yourself. Together, we can create space for healing, personal growth, and a renewed sense of confidence in who you are and where you’re headed.

I specialize in working with individuals navigating depression, anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, burnout, grief, and low self-esteem. I also work with teens who may be struggling with emotions, confidence, school stress, or changes in their lives.

I became a therapist because I believe everyone deserves a safe space to feel heard, understood, and supported. I wanted to help people navigate difficult seasons, better understand themselves, and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives.
