My approach focuses on both mind and body. By learning how to lessen the intensity of traumatic memories and regulate your body's stress response, you will feel less controlled by fear or worry and more at ease and empowered in your daily life.

Explore how to regain a sense of control over your actions and reactions, how to calm and regulate your thoughts and/or physical sensations, and how to improve your ability to connect and communicate with others.

I specialize in working with people who:

Have trouble controlling their anxious thoughts or worries, need skills to enhance connection and strengthen relationships, or have experienced trauma or other situations that continue to affect the way they approach life and the people around them.

I became a therapist because:

I wanted to create positive change within families. Along the way, I developed my interest and passion for working with anxiety and trauma.

I work with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and education specialists allowing for comprehensive treatment when needed.
