Available hours are Monday - Wednesday 9:00-5:00 and Thursday 9:00-7:00
Three words that describe my style are:
Supportive, engaging, sincere.
Something unique about my approach is:
recognizing the integral connection between mind and body, I utilize tools and therapy interventions that directly address how trauma and anxiety affect the nervous systems and hinder our ability to relate and connect with others.
Together we will explore:
how to better understand your needs and what is keeping them from being met. With awareness and understanding, you’ll feel more capable and empowered to enact positive change and address challenges as they arise.
I specialize in working with people who:
would like to improve their anxiety symptoms, have experienced trauma in any form, or are experiencing relational difficulties.
I became a therapist because:
I wanted to create positive change within families. Along the way, I developed my interest and passion for working with anxiety and trauma.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
I work with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and education specialists allowing for comprehensive treatment when needed.
When I’m not at work, I like to:
Enjoy time outside with my husband and daughter, play guitar and ukulele, listen to live music, and learn more about my new interest - gardening.
More about me:
As the wife of a veteran, I have a unique understanding of military culture and the experiences affecting veterans and their families.
