I create a space that is safe, supportive, and free of judgment, where you can work through anxiety, grief, emotion regulation, interpersonal conflicts, and difficult life transitions while reconnecting with your own strengths.

Understand your current symptoms in light of your present and past environments, plan realistic action steps to make progress towards your goals, and discuss practical skills and how to effectively implement those skills. Therapy should help you feel more like yourself, and I believe that my role is to walk alongside you and guide you during that process.
