I became a therapist because:
we all need somebody to lean on. To feel heard. To be seen. To be reassured. Our emotional, difficult experiences aren't meant to be lived alone.

that we don't just do therapy. We have alternative services to wellness that include online support groups, consultations, assessments, and trainings.
