My mission is to help you feel confident, equipped, and in control of how to manage your self-talk, anxiety, stress, and mood. I am trauma informed, meaning I put the client and their emotional wellbeing first.
Together we will develop practical strategies that draw on your strengths to help you move through what is in your way.
I work with people who are tired of feeling stuck and repeating the same patterns. My clients desire more helpful ways to cope with negative self-talk, stress, mood, and anxiety.
I became a therapist to advocate for others finding what nourishes their mental health and emotional wellbeing. We don't have to suffer.

I am a registered yoga teacher (RYT-200) trained in trauma informed yoga which I infuse within my therapeutic practice and mindfulness coaching.
