I strive to create a warm, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space where you feel safe being yourself. As a bilingual Latina therapist, I value cultural understanding and connection. My person centered approach is collaborative, supportive, and empowering, while also gently challenging you toward growth.

Together we will create a space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered. We’ll work through challenges like anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, sexual abuse, and IPV, while building tools that support healing, resilience, and meaningful change.
