That I’m less interested in telling you what you should do and more interested in understanding why you do what you do. We’ll look at the patterns you’ve developed, where they came from, and whether they’re still serving you. I want therapy to help you understand yourself, not judge yourself.

Together we will figure out what keeps getting in the way, where those patterns came from, and what you want to do about them. My goal isn’t to give you all the answers, but to help you develop the clarity and flexibility to find answers that actually fit your life.

My clients describe me as warm, genuine, and easy to talk to. I’m curious without being intrusive, honest without being judgmental, and willing to sit with the uncomfortable parts rather than rushing to make them go away.
