I’m not here to “fix” you—I believe you already have what you need, but things can get tangled along the way. I pay close attention to patterns, emotions, and the meaning behind your experiences so we can make sense of what’s going on, not just manage symptoms.

Together, we’ll slow things down and get curious about what you’re going through. We’ll look at patterns in your relationships, your thoughts, and your emotional responses, and begin to shift what’s no longer working. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, more aware, and more able to move through life with clarity and intention.
