Together we will explore what’s been weighing on you, uncover patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop practical tools to navigate emotions, relationships, boundaries, and life transitions. We’ll work toward helping you feel more grounded, confident, empowered, and connected to yourself and the life you want.

I became a therapist because I believe people deserve a space where they feel truly seen, heard, and understood. I’m passionate about helping people make sense of their experiences, break patterns that no longer serve them, and reconnect with their confidence and sense of self. Being part of that growth is what makes this work so meaningful to me.
